He played for the lakers 12 years and his second year they traded for Shaquille O'neal and they were Called nba most dynamic duo.

One was to set a goal that you want to achieve and you have to be willing to work for it. Two was that without hard work being put into whatever you're doing, there is no point in doing it, hard work gets you to places you could only imagine about.
