I don't want to skip from 1 to 5 to 7. Hmmm well each encounter in the three adventures includes an adjustment chart. In part III the lowest it goes is level 5. But once you see the adjustment charts you may get how they work and make adjustments on the fly.

Ok so I would run part 1 for levels 1 and 2. Then part 2 with levels using the adjustment charts, and do part 3 at level 5 using the lowest setting in the charts.
