Cant download apps already bought

Swipe the the right from the first home scree to get to Spotlight and type in the name of one the apps? Sorry for not being more clear Anyway I have it sorted for the moment and I will detail how for anyone else who may come across this issue. Basically I have borrowed my sisters laptop to restore my iPads iOS 6.

It has took me nearly 2 hours due to error code after error code while performing the update. At one point I was concerned I had bricked my iPad and literally was on the verge of ripping my hair out. I bought this iPad to use instead of a 7 year old PC I have finally gotten rid of and can only wonder how I would have solved this issue without access to a computer with iTunes installed.

Im having this problem too but every since the new iOS7 i cant redownload my apps i can only open on the apps store but cant download them back to my phone any advice?

Sep 22, AM. I am having this same issue. I am unable to redownload the app from my iPad. When I search the App Store from my iPad, the app will not give me an option to download the app at all. There are no options available. When I connect the iPad to my Mac, the app is not in my library. When I then go to the App Store to search for the app, it indicates that it was previously downloaded and gives me no option to download it again.
